By creating an account or using PlaySort, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of PlaySort after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

PlaySort is a playlist organization tool that connects to your music streaming accounts and uses machine learning to sort, analyze, and manage your playlists. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@playsort.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected Services

PlaySort integrates with third-party platforms such as Spotify. By connecting an account, you authorize PlaySort to access and modify your playlists on that platform within the permissions you grant. PlaySort is not affiliated with or endorsed by any connected third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PlaySort to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Use the service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform

7. Intellectual Property

PlaySort and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlaySort and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your music library data. By using the service, you grant PlaySort a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlaySort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the service will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlaySort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
